Each identified student receiving Gifted services will learn to his/her fullest potential and become a world-class, reflective thinker who can manipulate materials and ideas into exemplary products and solutions.

Individual needs of a diverse student Gifted population will be met by successfully achieving the following goals:
- Identify students who require Gifted services because they exceed age peers of similar environment and experience in specific or general aptitude.
- Provide appropriate differentiated services that help develop Gifted students into reflective thinkers who can analyze and combine materials and ideas in order to integrate and transform them into exemplary products and solutions.
- Provide extended, International Baccalaureate, and advanced classes within a curriculum framework that supports acceleration and enrichment.
- Provide local training opportunities for core classroom teachers who need to complete the initial 18-hour and ongoing 5-hour professional development requirement in Gifted Education.
- Assess the implementation and effectiveness of the Gifted program using individual Differentiated Service Plans, student and parent surveys, center and class evaluation rubrics, and semester reports.
